Alabama is parting ways with co-defensive coordinator and defensive backs coach Colin Hitschler, ESPN and other media outlets reported Friday.Hitschler, 38, had one year left on his initial two-year contract. He worked primarily with the safeties and shared DC duties with linebackers coach Kane Wommack.The Crimson Tide finished 9-4 in head coach Kalen DeBoer’s first season, ending with a 19-13 loss to Michigan on Tuesday in the ReliaQuest Bowl in Tampa, Fla.
